  I think that what you wrote was actually very logical. But, what about this?
  
  what if you were to write a killer title? I mean, I don't want
  to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose you added a title that makes people desire more?
  I mean Local education authority results is kinda plain. You might look at
  Yahoo's home page and see how they create news headlines to grab people to click.
  
  You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.

  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
  a comment is added I get four emails with the
  same comment. Is there any way you can remove people
