  It is threaded inside of the groove and measures about 4 inches higher and 31/4 inches in diameter.

  Hmm is anyone else having problems with the pictures on this blog loading?

  After I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added-
  checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
  There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
