  Constantly spent thinking about the several things that people encounter every working day is going to be really important, as
  no other person will confront existence for any of us. Personally I think
  that folk need to be a whole lot more sane. Technology is amazing,
  but so much of what we might know about is so abstract. Having
  a cup of coffee is a zen process that brings one back again to the present minute.
  We have to be more in the here and now, without being overwhelmed by our lifestyle
  and the dilemmas we encounter every day.
